Plain terms, no fine print.

AppCited is provided by BMNova (“we”), a business based in Türkiye, [POSTAL ADDRESS · street, city, postcode, country]. These terms, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy are the whole agreement between you and us. If you use AppCited for a company, you confirm you can bind that company.

Every week we ask four AI engines a set of questions about your app's category and count how many answers named your app and which apps they named instead. You get a report in the app and, if you want it, a Monday email with three suggestions.

• API panel. We use the engines' official APIs with web search on, so results are repeatable. That is not the same as what a person sees in the ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity or Claude apps, and we say so on every number.
• A range, not a score. The same question gets different answers each time. A count such as “7 of 45” carries a range; a change is called real only after enough weeks. We never pool engines into one score.
• Suggestions are suggestions. The three things we propose each week come from what the engines cited. Whether to act on them, and what happens if you do, is up to you. We write no content for you.
• Engines change. If an engine fails or changes its API, a week may be partial or an engine may be “not measured”. We show what was measured and never count a failed call as a zero.

AppCited is a measurement tool. It is not marketing, legal or financial advice, and we make no promise that your app will be named more often, downloaded more, or ranked anywhere.

• Anyone may run a card for any public App Store app, without an account. The card is free and the link may be shared.
• We limit cards per visitor per day and per app, and keep a daily budget for the whole service. When a limit is reached the page says so and you can come back the next day. A recent card for the same app is shown instead of running a new one.
• Cards expire 90 days after they run. Expired links show a short notice, not the card.
• Cards are public to anyone with the link and are marked noindex. Don't share a card if you don't want it seen.
• Automating the report card, running it from scripts or using it to build a dataset is not allowed.

• You sign in with a one-time link to your email. Keep access to that mailbox; whoever can open the link can open your account.
• One person per account. You are responsible for what happens under it.
• You must be at least 16 and able to enter a contract where you live.
• You may add apps you own or apps you compete with. Adding an app does not need its developer's permission; we only read public listings and public answers.

• Paddle is the merchant of record. You buy the subscription from Paddle.com Market Ltd or Paddle.com Inc, who charge you, collect any VAT or sales tax, issue the invoice and handle refunds. Paddle's buyer terms apply to the purchase.
• Monthly or yearly, in advance. Plans renew every month or every year, as you chose, until you cancel. Prices are in US dollars, plus tax where applicable. Your first weekly report runs on the Monday after you subscribe.
• Cancel anytime. Cancel from Settings or through Paddle's customer portal. Measurement continues until the end of the period you paid for, then your apps stop being measured. Your data stays in your account until you delete it.
• Limits. Starter covers one app and Business up to five. If you add more we will ask you to remove some or move to a larger arrangement; we won't charge you without asking.
• Price changes. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. The new price applies from your next renewal after the notice; you can cancel before then.
• Failed payments. If a renewal fails, Paddle retries. If it keeps failing we pause measurement until it succeeds.

Refunds are described in the Refund Policy.

You agree not to:

• scrape, crawl or bulk-download the site, cards or reports, or resell or republish our data as a dataset;
• work around rate limits, budgets or the per-visitor card limit, or run cards from scripts;
• use the service to harass or defame a developer or to interfere with another app's listing;
• probe, reverse-engineer or attack the service, or try to read another account's data;
• use the service in a way that breaks a law that applies to you or to us.

You may quote your own counts and share your own cards and report images freely, with or without credit.

• You keep whatever rights you have in the information you give us (your app, keywords, changes you log). You give us permission to process it to run the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
• The answers and citations come from the engines and the open web. We store and show them to you under the engines' API terms. We do not claim to own them.
• We may publish aggregate statistics that do not identify you or your account, for example “the median indie app is named in 2 of 45 answers”.

The service depends on OpenAI, Google, Perplexity, Anthropic, Apple's App Store, Supabase, Resend, Paddle and our hosting provider. We don't control them. If one of them changes, fails, raises prices or cuts us off, we may change or remove the part of the service that depends on it; if that makes a paid plan materially worse we will tell you and you may cancel for a refund of the unused time.

The AppCited name, design, software and text are ours or our licensors'. You may use the service and share its output as these terms allow; you may not copy the service itself. App names, icons and developer names shown in the product belong to their owners and appear only to identify them.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranty that it is accurate, complete, uninterrupted or fit for a particular purpose. AI answers are generated by third parties and can be wrong; a count tells you what we saw in our sample, not the truth about every answer every user gets.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data arising from the service, and our total liability to you for all claims in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period, or $50 if you paid nothing. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or injury caused by negligence. Consumers in the EU, the UK and Türkiye keep the rights their law gives them.

• You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time by emailing hello@appcited.app.
• We may suspend or close an account that breaks section 6, after warning you where that is reasonable. We may also close the service as a whole with at least 30 days' notice and a refund of any unused time.
• Sections 7 and 9 to 14 survive the end of the agreement.

We may update these terms. For changes that reduce your rights or add obligations we will email account holders at least 14 days before they take effect; continuing to use the service after that date means you accept them. Other changes apply when posted.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, with the courts of İstanbul having jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live. Before going to court, write to hello@appcited.app; most problems are fixed in a reply.
